Gotta love gems like this. Took this one yesterday during a day trip to Macau. Great place, with a lot of character and charm that goes beyond the many casinos located on the island.

The creative agencies behind Nike's TV spots usually come up with some good stuff. This one is no different. They usually take a more serious/inspirational mentality with the Football(Soccer) ads than they do with the basketball, and being a soccer player myself I can't help but get the chills when I'm watching them.

Suits Suits Suits

Gotta love a slim cut, well-tailored suit. I am planning to get my hands on a couple for cheap before I leave. I feel that younger men in America are afraid to get a well tailored suit, or do not know the rules of a correct fit. If you buy a suit at a department store it should be necessary to get it custom fit to your body. Your jacket should not look like you picked it right out of your dad's closet. Too much? Ok, Ill stop.

Count on Mark and I to have found the hottest model in Hong Kong. This girl is everywhere on signs and billboards throughout the city. She haunts (but not really) our dreams.
Case and point - this is in every single metro station at least in 30 spots. We can't seem to escape her stare...and really have no desire to.

August 21-22

They warn you about everything here. You can't even cross the street in the wrong place without being warned at least 5 times.
I don't know about you, but when I think of a Chinese arcade game...something like this comes to mind.

Day 2 in HK

Most efficient public transportation system I have ever seen. They tell people where to line up and enter the train, and unlike America people actually do line up and wait in the specified spots. Efficiency = good design.
I love the look of this door.
Writing on concrete walls which I found everywhere. Possibly relates to construction information for that certain building or structure...but then again I don't read Cantonese.
